MOVEMENT SPECIFICATIONS & SCORING

The 6 Battle Stations

Scroll to inspect each station. Every movement features mandatory base requirements, load standards, and designated points per rep or lap.

DUMBBELL PUSH PRESS
STATION 01 // 06POWER
01
Cap: 5 min2m Rest2 points per rep

DUMBBELL PUSH PRESS

Overhead Power Endurance

Athletes drive heavy dumbbells from shoulder to overhead lockout for max reps. Tests shoulder stability, hip drive, and the ability to sustain output under a strict time cap.

Base Target50 reps
Load (M / F)10 kg / 7.5 kg
PRO TIP:

Use your legs aggressively — this is a push press, not a strict press. Establish a breathing rhythm early and break into sets of 10.

SLED PUSH / PULL
STATION 02 // 06STRENGTH
02
Cap: 5 min2m Rest15 points per lap

SLED PUSH / PULL

Raw Leg & Posterior Drive

Athletes push the loaded sled down the lane, then pull it back. A brutal test of lower body power, posterior chain endurance, and mental commitment under load.

Base Target25 m (2 × 12.5 m laps)
Load (M / F)100 kg / 75 kg
PRO TIP:

Stay low on the push — drive through your toes. On the pull, lean back and use bodyweight as leverage rather than arm-curling.

MUDGAR SWINGS
STATION 03 // 06HERITAGE
03
2m Rest2 points per rep

MUDGAR SWINGS

India's Ancient Strength Tool

The signature Indian heritage station. Athletes swing the traditional Mudgar (Indian mace) in controlled arcs — a centuries-old training method used by wrestlers and warriors across the subcontinent.

Base Target30 reps
Load (M / F)6 kg / 4 kg
PRO TIP:

Control the arc — momentum is your friend, but only if you own the deceleration phase. Grip tight at the base of the handle.

DB LUNGES + FARMER'S CARRY
STATION 04 // 06ENDURANCE
04
2m Rest15 points per lap

DB LUNGES + FARMER'S CARRY

Loaded Lower Body & Grip

A compound station that combines walking lunges with heavy farmer's carry. Tests quad endurance, grip strength, and core stability across the full distance.

Base Target25 m (2 × 12.5 m laps)
Load AllocationStandard Course
PRO TIP:

Keep your torso upright through the lunges. On the carry, retract your shoulders and take short, rapid steps.

BURPEE BROAD JUMP
STATION 05 // 06ENDURANCE
05
2m Rest20 points per lap

BURPEE BROAD JUMP

Full-Body Explosive Stamina

Chest to floor, explode forward. Repeated continuously across the lane. The most metabolically demanding station — tests lactic acid tolerance and mental resilience.

Base Target25 m (2 × 12.5 m laps)
Load AllocationStandard Course
PRO TIP:

Small consistent jumps beat high sporadic ones. Establish a smooth breathing rhythm and don't look at the finish line.

SHUTTLE RUNS
STATION 06 // 06SPEED
06
2m Rest5 points per lap

SHUTTLE RUNS

The Final Sprint

Pure speed and agility. Athletes sprint back and forth across 12.5 m lanes, accumulating 100 m total. Change of direction under fatigue separates competitors from survivors.

Base Target100 m (8 × 12.5 m laps)
Load AllocationStandard Course
PRO TIP:

Decelerate into turns early — don't slam the brakes. Pump your arms and stay on the balls of your feet.

RULEBOOK & COMPETITION BYLAWS

Winner & Eligibility Standards

Overall Tally Determines Champions

Points accumulated across all 6 stations are combined into a final aggregate score. The athlete with the highest total point tally in their respective division claims the championship title.

Strict Base Requirement Gate

Athletes who fail to complete the required base reps or distance at any single station are automatically ineligible for podium finishes, prize purses, or championship qualification.

Overtime Accumulation

Wherever a time cap applies (e.g. Stations 1 & 2), athletes can continue working beyond the base target until the clock expires. Every additional rep or lap earns points directly per the scoring system.
