DUMBBELL PUSH PRESS

Athletes drive heavy dumbbells from shoulder to overhead lockout for max reps. Tests shoulder stability, hip drive, and the ability to sustain output under a strict time cap.

SLED PUSH / PULL

Athletes push the loaded sled down the lane, then pull it back. A brutal test of lower body power, posterior chain endurance, and mental commitment under load.

MUDGAR SWINGS

The signature Indian heritage station. Athletes swing the traditional Mudgar (Indian mace) in controlled arcs — a centuries-old training method used by wrestlers and warriors across the subcontinent.

DB LUNGES + FARMER'S CARRY

A compound station that combines walking lunges with heavy farmer's carry. Tests quad endurance, grip strength, and core stability across the full distance.

Chest to floor, explode forward. Repeated continuously across the lane. The most metabolically demanding station — tests lactic acid tolerance and mental resilience.

SPEED // The Final Sprint

SHUTTLE RUNS

Pure speed and agility. Athletes sprint back and forth across 12.5 m lanes, accumulating 100 m total. Change of direction under fatigue separates competitors from survivors.

Mandatory Base Requirement

Athletes must successfully complete the required base reps or distance at all 6 stations. Failure to hit the base target at any station disqualifies you from podium prizes.

Overtime Bonus Scoring

At stations with a time cap, you don't stop at the base. Continue accumulating reps and laps until the clock expires to earn vital bonus points on the leaderboard.

2-Minute Tactical Rest

A standardized 2-minute recovery period is enforced between every single station. Manage your heart rate, hydrate, and prepare for the next physical test.
